Four calorie option... take a mandoline slicer and slice a jicama... One typical jicama makes almost 3 dozen tortillas... Once sliced keep in water until ready to use... Top the slice with whatever toppings you would use for your tacos...
Is this for real? I've tried jicama before but honestly, just had no clue what to do with it. I'll definitely have to try this!0 -
