Multi-vitamins for men

Wondering what kinds are good ones?

My husband wants me to send him some he's currently deployed...but just said whatever kind you think are good ones....lol...well that leaves me staring at multivitamins for days...so figured I would start here. :)

    No special brand, just get anything that is complete vitamins AND minerals.

    You gotta research... some cheaper vitamins don't absorb well.

    My boyfriend has been using GNC Max Nutrition for Men and loves it. It's in a powder form. I don't know much about vitamins but the store claims it's better than the pill kind.
