Here I am! I have been using my fitness pal for a week and doing good so far. Food values seem very accurate so now that I am writing down everything I eat....I hope it helps in myu 80 pound weight loss. Being a young retiree I know I have the time to put in more exercise so will try and boost up my 30 minute walking. I'm trying to have a plan for when a craving might hit....and making sure I speak up for myself...so I can live my nutrition life my way. Have any helpful hints for me?
