Adding P90X exercises to MFP

To help me accurately determine the number of calories burned for each p90x workout, I went to p90xcalories.com and determined the calorie burn for each workout, assuming 100 lbs, 10 minutes, medium intensity. Here's what I found:
Workout, Calories Burned in 10 minutes
Chest and Back, 47
Plyometrics, 65
Shoulders and Arms, 42
Yoga X, 32
Legs and Back, 61
Kenpo X, 64
Core Synergistics, 54
Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps, 46
Back and Biceps, 40
Cardio X, 64
Ab Ripper X, 29
I added each of these exercises to myfitnesspal.com under "My Exercises", Cardiovascular, entering the exercise name, 100 lbs, 10 minutes, and the number of calories burned from the chart above.
When adding cardiovascular exercises to your journal, MyFitnessPal only allows you to enter the number of minutes, and doesn't account for weight. Here's how to get around that: In the minutes field, enter the number of minutes times a weight multiplier (the percentage of your weight compared to 100 lbs). Since I currently weigh 211 lbs, the weight multiplier would be 2.11. If I weighed 98 lbs, the weight multiplier would be .98.
Example: For a 50 minute workout at my massive 211 lbs, I would enter 50 * 2.11 = 105.5 for the total number of minutes. However, since you can't enter fractional minutes, I round down to 105. With this formula I get a close approximation of the actual number of calories burned according to p90xcalories.com
Hope this helps you keep closer track of the calories burned during your P90X workouts
