Christmas has come early!

Hi Everyone,

Christmas has come early in my household! My Partner and I had both set the goal to be under 100kg by christmas and this morning we have both weighed in under 100kg!

I have weighed in at 99.2kg(219lb), bringing my total weight loss to 17.8kg (39lb). My BMI has come down from 42.5 to 36!!!

This is a huge milestone for me :-) I still have a long way to go but I am already feeling so much better than I was a few months ago!
