Hey all,
I've lost (and kept off) 85 pounds for the last five years or so. I've been working on losing that last pesky 15 pounds for a while now.
I am in nursing school, and it was suggested that I have ADHD, and after getting testing (and getting a second opinion) I have found that I do indeed have ADHD. (I will say, not a shocking diagnosis, if you know me, and certainly explains a lot of my childhood...) The issue is, I've been taking ADHD meds (stimulants) and they've killed my appetite, but not in a good way. I'm finding my caloric intake to be really really low throughout the day, but then I'm completely starving at night.
I've been scheduling my meals to eat whether I feel like it or not, but I still come out on the low end of things, and then at night I end up eating whatever sillybusiness I find in the house- usually cereal.
Has anyone run into this issue? Either with themselves or their kids? I've tried protein shakes, supplement bars, and eating every two hours, but even if I can get a decent intake in the day I still have an unreasonable rebound hunger in the evening.
Any thoughts/comments are appreciated.

I take Adderall and I have the same issue. I'm not hungry during the day but once the medication seems to wear off, I feel SO hungry. I deal with that by snacking lightly during the day (fruits, veggies, etc) then a nice meal at night.0
