Need to get fit again

So basically i need to improve my cardiovascular endurance, any good exercise recommendations welcome :)

    I recommend the C25K programme if you are starting from nothing.It gets you from a couch potato to running 5km/or 30mins in 8 weeks. It works.

    Google it for the program.
