my sugar intake is way too high. i'm trying to find new foods that can boost my protein intake without adding too much sugar or fat. i already drink protein mix, and have lots of peanut butter. i've added cottage cheese so far but i'd like some new foods to try and work in. even those veggies i have add up over the day. what are your favorite moderate calorie, high protein, low fat, low sugar foods? (tall order, i know)

Talapia, tofu, low sodium/skim milk cheeses, egg whites and unsweetened almond milk are my main protein choices. I usually stay away from fruits. As you noted veggies come with their own sugar grams. I get my sugar numbers mostly from eating 10 or more servings of vegetables a day.
