Hi Everyone,
So 3 weeks ago I started the LiveFit Program (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/jamie-easons-livefit-introduction.html), and I just finished phase 1; I was super eager to get started and finished 4 weeks of workouts in three!
In this first phase I put on a pound or so, but lost inches and discovered new muscles. Moral I've learned. The numbers on my barbells and the measuring tape mean a lot more than the numbers on the scale. If people are interested I'll update next month with phase 2 results.
Start (11/17):
184 lbs
Hips: 39
Waist:32
Thighs: 23
3 Weeks in (12/9):
185 Lbs
Hips: 37.5
Waist: 30
Thighs: 22
