    I can definitely vouch for that chocolate covered katie blog, its AMAZING, I always have the baked oatmeals, especially the banana bread one, and I top it with 1/2 mashed banana and yoghurt. Also she does banana pancakes and apple pie pancakes which are very good. Also I've been "baking" apple in the microwave recently by microwaving finely chopped apple for 2mins and mixing with sweetner and cinnamon. It's really good on porridge and yoghurt. Or hot stewed berrys with yoghurt, yum yum

    If you mix a can of diet soda with a boxed cake mix (DON'T add eggs, oil, etc.) you can bake a reduced calorie cake. The times I have done it I ended up with something sort of like a cake-y brownie. I find they don't need as much baking time as the mix originally called for, so check it maybe 10-15 minutes before the regular baking time.
