ENERGY BOOSTER?

Okay so just a little background, I had my first baby in February of this year so it has been almost 10 months now. As soon as I could start working out after I gave birth I did. I was making great progress but it only lasted about 5 months. My work schedule changed so I could not workout at the times I was previously alloting for the gym and I was left with about an hour window after work to either spend time with my family and make a nice dinner or go to the gym. Well I picked going home instead of the gym and here we are about 3 months later and I havent seen the gym since! I havent gained any pounds but I deifnitley see a difference in my body. All the muscle tone I was seeing before is gone and I am so tired! I work 14-16 hour shifts at work leaving me with about 5-6 hours of sleep a night not including when I have to wake up to feed my son, Etc. My husband is a GREAT help and takes care of my son on the nights I work but when Im off that means everythings back on me so he can get some sleep. Im so tired everyday and I find myself reaching for 5 hour energies or RedBull throughout the day. My schedule at work will be changing back to a normal 8-10 hour day in about a month so I have been preparing by buying a few new workout outfits to find some motiviation and set out a plan of attack.

My ultimate question is what do you guys do for energy?? Even when I was working out and eating great everyday I was still so tired from working so many hours and tending to an infant and other children at home. The worst time for me is when I finally have everyone asleep in my house and I should be getting the house cleaned up and everything ready for work the next day but end up sitting on the couch and falling asleep. Im literally like a walking zombie! Please let me know if you guys have an energy boosters that work for YOU!
