I recently lost 50lbs and would love to lose the same again, looking for some support to encourage me to continue down the healthier path. Fallen off the wagon a little the last few months due to injury, but now I'm fully recovered and hoping to get back to the level of fitness I was at. I've only gained a few lbs, so I'm pleased that I didn't fall too far. It's always hard to get motivated again!

First off, fantastic job with your weightlosss so far, 50 lbs is no joke. Good to see you getting back into the swing of things, injuries are tough, I've delt with quite a few of them over the years, and everytime, its caused me to take a few steps back, but the important thing is you didn't fall to far off. Would love to help keep you motivated as you continue your healthy lifestyle.0
