Success with natural weight loss supplements?

Has anybody got any success stories to share of any natural weight-loss-assisting remedies? Green tea, african mango, raspberry ketones, apple cider vinegar, grapefruit, caffeine, etc, any of this stuff actually helped anyone? I see a lot of natural 'fat blasting remedies!' to help speed up your metabolism etc, so was wondering if anyone had any thoughts to share on these things or personal experiences using natural diet pills/remedies?
I'd really appreciate any suggestions on how to rev up a metabolism.. I feel I am getting nowhere.. I practically only eat loads of fresh vegetables and fresh fruit, I stick to my MFP guidelines and calorie carb/protein/fat goals , and I exercise for at least an hour a day, and I haven't budged a bit on the scales for months, (actually I've gained 2 kilos but feel a little slimmer.. think I've just toned up a little fat into muscle) but it really doesn't make sense.. I'm really trying to lose weight! I'm 85 kilos and am trying hard to get to 75, and all the hard work isn't paying off, I've given it enough time too I believe!!.. please help!! what can I do?
