Hi!
Crazy Question: Can taking a multi-vitamin cause weight gain? I recently (1 month ago) started taking a multi-vitamin. I have watched my weight climb 10 pounds in 4+ weeks. I also am taking 600mg of calcium. Is it possible that the vitamin and/or calcium influenced my weight gain? Any advice?

Don't think so. Really the only thing barring some kind of hormonal imbalance that will cause weight game is eating at a caloric surpluss.0

yeah...doubtful that your weight gain has anything to do with your vitamin intake. there are a few prescription drugs that can do that, but not vitamins. if anything, they can help you lose weight since you are giving your body the nutrients it needs to function properly...especially calcium!0
