I'm just starting out here, but in a couple of weeks I'm learning alot about what I eat, and how much I eat. Still having a rough time motivating myself to exercise, but even without the exercise I've dropped some weight. I think this is a great website. Especially for someone who spends a lot of their time on the computer anyway!

    Welcome! Just remember exercise is the next step. Start out slow, carve some time to work out! You will learn to really enjoy it. Congrats on your success so far.
