New Year's Resolutions

OK! I know we're still a few weeks off, but I want to see them, and have you guys hold myself accountable. It can be anything (fitness, education, social, etc) but get your goals out there and get to working on them. You don't have to wait until January 1st to start your work on them!

1. Run my first marathon
2. Obtain another 18 credit hours towards my bachelor's degree
3. Spend time with the people I love
4. Save $5,000

Cheers,
Jared

To set up a gym in my basement. I have been stalking a stationary bike for weeks that I want to buy. I can afford it in the New Year. :)
Resolution..to lose at least 50 lbs by next Christmas. I have lost 12 lbs in just over two months so I am well on my way to achieve my goal. :)

    1. Continue my goal of losing 180 pounds. 125 to go. I'd like to lose 75 more by my wedding in august
    2. Color Run 5k in May (run the whole thing! Just did my 1st 5k but I walked a little bit)
    3. Do a Tough Mudder
  • Mine is the same as always--to stop slouching! I have such horrible posture. I've been working on it recently and I have become more aware of my slouching. It's actually becoming uncomfortable for me to sit with my shoulders slumped and my back hunched, so at least I am making some progress already. I don't wanna have a hump win I get older like my Nanny.

Awesome! I been doing some posture exercises that have helped me be aware of my posture and I have asked for New Rules of Lifting for Women as a Christmas present. I'm excited to get into lifting, not just for posture, but I really do want to be a Brickhouse! LOL

Congrats and best wishes for your wedding!

    1. Get back into my running routine in the warmer months. (Living in NH doesn't make outdoor running in the winter easy.)
    2. Go to the gym at least 2-3 times per week.
    3. Buy a car
    4. Take said car on a road trip to either DC or Philly
    5. Save up for a cross country road trip in 2014
    6. Replace my bed and my couch.
    7. Help the Midnight Riders win the Supporters Cup for the 2nd time over the Rebellion.
    8. Save up some Paid Time Out for the 2014 road trip.
    9. Make more money by either getting a raise at work or moving to another department in my company.
    10. Go to more soccer games and events. (Which will happen since I bought a 2013 season ticket for the Revs!)

I don't really do New Year's Resolutuions, but I do have some goals and things I plan to accomplish in 2013:

    1. Run my first full marathon (registered for New orleans Feb 13')
    2. Complete a Half Ironman Triathlon (Oct 2013 Goosepond Island)
    3. Take a vacation to a new and exotic location.
    4. Maintain my weight in the 120's.
