Anyone tried the Booty Slide program?

I came across the booty slide program a while ago and have contemplated purchasing. I like that it's low/no impact as I've been having trouble with my knees.
If you've tried it- what do you think? Can one do it easily on carpet or does it have to be a smooth surface?
