Time of the month food!!!

Ladies,
I am suffering from horrendous period pain and have only managed to eat a little bowl of cous cous and a tiny brown roll today - I am constantly bloated and don't even feel like going to the gym this week.

Any exercises or foods I could eat to help? What do you girls do when it's your time of the month?
