    I purchased BBL and have to tell you that the Bum Bum workout is a killer. You wouldn't think that just doing squats, lunges, etc. would have you sweating but I can't seem to keep up with him. I think because there are no breaks at all from one move to the next, it give you a cardio type workout while really working your buns and thighs. I am always sore the next day. I haven't followed the plan like I should because I also just bought Ripped in 30 (which is also another killer--- could barely sit down the past 2 days). I also really like the workout in BBL (I think it is called High & Tight?) that uses the leg weights and bands. I hope between the 2 of these, I can finally get back into a bathing suit after having my baby 8 months ago. at least 30 more lbs to go!
