Breakfast?

Hey all,

Quick question for all those people smarter than I am - Is breakfast really as important as the "experts" say?

The reason I ask is that I am NEVER hungry in the mornings. Never. I usually don't feel even the slightest bit hungry until about noon. When I do force myself to eat in the morning, I feel sick most of the day. I've tried experimenting with eating at different times, or different foods, but it is pretty much universal. People have mentioned it is important in the morning to eat to kick start your metabolism, but couldn't a bit of exercise do the same thing? (Note - I am just speculating. I haven't researched this at all)

Anyway, I was just wondering what other people thought, or if anyone knew of any literature on it they could point me to.

Thanks!
