REST DAY - BEER & FOOD

Ok, i had a Sunday rest day and i drank Beer the night before and Sunday night, but only about 7 beers total from Sat and Sun together. I also ate Mexican food Sat and Sun. Did light weight lifting this morning. Asking the pros if im ok with out the food and beer showing up on my body?
Im trying to lose body fat. And feel this hurt me .......

One time isn't going to hurt you but if you repeatedly do it, it can adversely affect body fat loss. You are better off doing spirits and wine and not eating carb type foods during that day. Below is a good discussion on alcohol.
