BMR Question

I have visited several different web sites to calculate my BMR but they all give different answers, they range any where from 1681 (which is close to what MFP has me) all the way up to 2665 (Which seems way too high).
How do you know which one to trust? I would like to be as accurate as possible because I have recently started to keep track of calorie deficit and this number is a key factor in that.
For those who are going to ask my weight is 209, I'm 5'7" and age 34 I have a moderate activity level I work out 5 days a week. for around 45 min to an hour.
Thanks

Your BMR is not the amount of calories you should eat, it is the amount of calories you naturally burn a day just as you are. MFP calculates how many calories you should consume in order to help with your weight loss goal.0

I agree with kelleywhite, you may have your terms confused. BMR doesn't take into account the amount of movement you are doing in a day. That would be your TDEE...
This is a really good place to start, for understanding ..
