Does anyone have and use the scosche rhythm HRM that syncs directly to your phone?

I have been using for maybe two weeks now and it seems really high or my other HRM was really low...

    Scosche? Only familiar with that as the distance I've been asked to scoot over to allow someone else to sit on a crowded bench.
