Well I had a couple of cocktails last Sunday and was walking down the stairs(kinda fast) with slippers on............and I fell.
My knee twisted a little bit and it was uncomfortable that whole night with limited movement.
The next day I could move slowly etc..
a week later(now) its fine but at night theres some discomfort. Only at night though. Im fine walking around etc..

anyone ever had anything like this?

Ibuprofen, & heat. At least that's what the doc told me on Saturday when I screwed up my knee :)

Try arranging a pillow under your knee to relieve the pressure.

Thats exactly what I do and it feels better. I wake up in the middle of the night to slight discomfort and I slide a pillow under my knee and it feels better.

Do you have some kind of brace that you can wear to bed? Sometimes it hurts more at night because you're not conscious of the ways you're moving it like you would be when awake.
