ChaLEAN Extreme/TurboFire Question....

I started ChaLEAN Extreme on Wednesday the 5th. I know it's probably weird that I started on a wednesday but I love having the rest days on days I attend school, it allows me more time for homework or whatever I need to get done before the next day. I'm actually really loving this program but I'm curious if anyone has done the ChaLEAN Extreme and Turbo Fire all together? I guess it could be considered a hybrid but I'd be doing the turbofire completely along with the extreme program. What do you guys think?

Any input is welcome! =)

    I'm currently doing the CLX/TF hybrid. I do NOT recommend doing both programs in their entirety, at the same time. Both programs are pretty intense and you're risking over-training and burning yourself out.

    It's a better route to do CLX, then TF, or a hybrid of the two.

    There's a hybrid schedule in the back of the TF booklet.
