These seemed pretty interesting, especially the one that said to weigh yourself every day.. now I don't feel so ocd!!!

    Very interesting...I do weigh every morning, it puts me in the right midset...being OCD pay off:bigsmile:

    Brill thanks.... I'm the same re the daily weigh ins, however, I do it 2/3 times a day... morning, afternoon and last thing at night!!! I know people think its excessive, but if I see I have put some on during the day, I try and have a light tea etc.... I think if I didnt weigh myself for a few days I would go completley off track!!

    The water one's interesting also.... am off to get myself a pint!!!

    Those are great! And heck, if it justifies me weighing every day, then I'm all for it, now, do you think my bosses will understand the no overtime rule??:laugh:
