Salmon calories

So I'm confused. On this calorie counter, some salmon calories are in upwards of 300 calories for a half lb. But then the salmon that is baked is only 211 calories. That's a pretty big disconnect. Additionally, online, the amount I put in says its 500 calories for the same amount. I don't want to be off by almost 300 calories.

The calorie count of salmon varies by species and whether it is wild or farm raised as well as how it is cooked. Below is a link to a chart that shows the calories in various types of salmon
