Hello everyone,

I'm a recently turned 33 year old woman who has been struggling with my weight since my teen years. I've gone as high as 215 lbs and as low as 138 lbs. I currently weigh in at 162 lbs. In the last 18 years my weight has been up and down and all over the map.

I'm tired of "dieting". I want to work toward living a healthy lifestyle, going to the gym, and really just making some overall changes.

Looking for friends and supports through this final change...
