I love coffee creamer,

can i count that as water?

everything else seems to count.

    No, not water....it's dehydrated in its most simple form. But then, if you have the over the top tasty stuff...make sure you choose the ones that have the most protein...I like tuna flavored creamer best.

    i use the french vanilla liquid creamer.

    so you can count the one swallow of creamer as water, LOL. But you should just go ahead and swallow some more, never can have too much water.
