HCG help, please?

I'm in a bit of a conundrum and hope you all can provide some guidance.

Three days last week I stalled at the same weight, then lost .8lb, and now have stalled out another 3 days since that release. I've stayed POP.

I've spent the several days researching HCG, Today, I discovered Sonia Russell's book about the 800 calorie protocol for HCG. I've started reading it and realize that it would be a better program for me because none of people whose testimonies I read on 800 cal experienced hair loss and they were able to exercise.

So, here are my questions...

1) Do you think I would experience any problems jumping right into the 800cal protocol?
Or do you think I should finish the 21 days I'm doing on 500, take a break and then do the 800 until I reach my goal?

2) Have you read the book or done the 800 cal protocol?

3) Have you done the 800 cal protocol and still lost hair?

Any and all comments and suggestions would be appreciated so very much!
