30days shred

i just started 30days shred today,i enjoyed it although it really tough.i want to ask people who got great results from 30days shred if they stuck with their mfp calorie intake goal, and since you can't really determine calories burned,do you think it is wise to go over your calorie intake goals

    Everyone on mfp told me to log it as circuit training. I only eat back my exercise calories if I am hungry and I usually don't eat them all back. I am only on day 9. I haven't weighed in yet but I have lost a few inches already and can s. ee little changes in my body already.
