Hi everyone
A couple of years ago I managed to lose quite a substantial amount of weight (about 65 pounds) but that was when I was a SAHM and could find the time to work out at the gym while my children were at school. I got quite obsessed and fanatical with my exercise routine and my workouts got quite intense and I managed to tone up and lose a lot of body fat. I was also playing Netball twice a week.
Then a few ups and downs happen during this time (my mother passed away and I returned back to full-time work and I took up part-time study) I lost motivation and I "thought" back then that I had no time to fit in my workouts. As a result my whole fitness regime went out the window.
Now I have decided that I have to ensure that I do some form of exercise whether it be a walk/jog or lifting weights at the gym.
The problem is I dont want to find myself back at that "fanatical" phrase I was, but feel guilty about not trying to hit those heights once again. My aim is to try and incorporate exercise into my everyday life which is now quite time-poor which has been working for the most part.
I think I either need a good kick in the trousers or some words of advice lol, thanks guys.

well if weight loss is your ultimate goal you can always do that with diet alone, eating less than you expend.. i know its easy to get stuck in the idea that you need to do exerciuse hard every single day or the guilt will set in but as they say, weight loss is 80% diet.. for those days you cant find the time just make sure to eat healthy and try not to feel guilty for not exercising
sorry a bout your mother passing away, and thats great that you are lifting too0
