Breyers sugar-free icecream

Does it taste good?

Is it bad for you at all?

If so, why?

80 calories for half a cup.

Tastes good to me, and a serving or two isn't bad at all... However... My mom decided that she was going to eat the entire half gallon in a binge one night and spent the next two days on the toilet. I don't recommend that.

Just because a cat has kittens in the oven doesn't make them biscuits

Personally, if you don't want full fat, full flavor icecream, I'd recommend Blue Bell's Low Fat, No Sugar Added ice cream.

It's 90 calories for half a cup. A wopping 10 cals more, but a heckuva lot more flavor. The sugar free stuff is just bad.

I really like the lowfat frozen yogurt. My local store, Meijer, has it in it's own brand in several flavors. It costs about the same as regular ice cream. Last week I bought no fat ice cream in the same store brand and I like it. My only complaint is that it seems to be frozen harder making it difficult to scoop. The no fat ice cream is 70 calories per half cup. The lowfat frozen yogurt is 100.
  • Lowfat frozen yogurt is amazing. The publix brand. But EW, I just tried the icecream and ew.. It tastes awful and the after taste is rotten milk.
