I hate breakfast...

I have a really hard time eating breakfast in the mornings. How long after I wake up should I make sure to eat?
I try and eat as soon as I can but some days I can't bring myself to eat until like, three hours after I wake up. My tummy just does not want me to eat or something. I also don't know why this is or how to change it >.<

I can rarely eat until I've been up for at least a couple of hours, usually three. I get that. I usually stick to something very small - a small tortilla with cheese and salsa, maybe eggs if I'm feeling really hungry. An orange. Sometimes all I can stomach is a single piece of bread. Lots of people recommend these huge breakfasts, but I could never do them.
Finding out what meal plan works for you is really important. I'm not very hungry in the mornings or for lunch, so I keep my calories between 400-600 and leave the rest for the late afternoon/dinner meal, when I am hungry. Some people eat big breakfasts, others don't. As long as it fits your goals and your lifestyle, you will be okay.0 -
I have been trying to eat small amounts in the AM. Glad to know I am not the only one that has a hard time with it. Ugh.
Yesterday it was one egg haha. I just couldn't stomach much more.
I am also finding that it's been hard for me to stick to a specific dietary planI hear such mixed opinions on everything involving nutrition..some people say to eat carbs and others say to eat low/no carb(which I don't think I agree with)...heck some say to just calorie count but when I do calorie count I don't notice much of a difference and I have never been able to lose the last 10lbs since having my son. I lost a lot of weight since having him and dropped a lot of pants sizes but I have not been able to get down to my pre-pregnancy size. It's frustrating.
I also walk everyday and try and exercise a few times a week.I am pretty active as I don't drive but again, the last few lbs are just obnoxious... I keep fluctuating around 111-118lbs...but I was 105 pre-pregnancy
