New here... sort of! :)

I've been using MFP off and on for a while, but privately (not posting) anything. Thought maybe getting connected might help me stop yo-yoing on that last 10 lbs! :)

I lost about 30 lbs about 7-8 years ago (on the No S Diet (www.nosdiet.com) and starting to exercise regularly) and have managed to keep 20 off consistently, it's that last 10 that keeps sneaking back on then I fight to get it off again. I get slack, then get back on the wagon, then repeat the cycle... yadayadayada... you get the idea. :)

Looking forward to "meeting" some of you!
