Hi there! Just joined tonight because a friend of mine is doing well with this. I've been attempting to lose weight, kind of doing ok, but a little extra push is needed!

I did so well with going to the gym quite frequently a couple months ago (went 4-5 times a week, usually an hour each time), but with the holiday season, more work hours, and trying to finish a certification, I kind of dropped off a bit. :( I think being on here will make me go more! :)

Also, I'm vegetarian, anybody else?
