What is it? Low Calorie, Low Carb, Low Sugar? Need Advice

Hi All,

I am so confused. As you can see I've lost almost 65 pounds. I didn't do this in one sweep, it has taken me several ups and downs to get to this point. However, every time I get to this point I stall, hit the brick wall and stop losing. I'VE HAD ENOUGH!! I've lost weight by going vegetarian and doing C25k but then I tore my plantar fascia running. Then I lost by simply watching calories and using the elliptical. Then I lost by watching calories and doing Les Mills Body Pump but then I tore a paraspinal muscle since I changed the weight on my barbell too drastically. The I decide to go to a Trainer/Nutritionist who I am currently seeing. Her eating plan is lower carb-no more than 120 grams a day, no more than 25g of sugar a day. Whole grains in the AM, protein shake snacks, lean protein and lots of green veggies. This diet is difficult. I have cheated a little bit but not enough to completely screw up my progress. I exercise when I can now, either elliptical or treadmill for 35 min. I'm NOT losing at all. This is seriously upsetting. My RHR is low (45-48bpm) so I assume that my metabolism sucks. I can't live in the GYM 24/7. I have two jobs, always bring my lunch to work and I limit processed crap as much as possible. Only drink water and coffee. What else can I do?

Stats: 5'6", 223#, 29 yo, size 18, body shape- small on the top, large at the hips, butt and thighs.
