Just wondering what everybodies favorite inner thigh toning exercise is and how well it works? I have looked on the internet but I always think it's better to speak to people who have actually used and noticed a difference by doing these exercises.

Side lying inner thigh leg lift (pilates)
Lie on your side at an angle (approx. 40-60 degrees). Take your top leg and bend it over the bottom leg and place the foot on the floor. Lift the bottom leg up and down (the higher/ longer the range of motion is the more the muscles are engaged). It can be done with or without a band.

brazilian butt lift exercises - google it - I believe Shape.com has a good video of it. All those squats and lunges will not only blast your butt, but your inner thigh (that is where I felt it most!)0
