Toxic Cycle between Stress & Food

Being on a diet has always been my New Year's resolution for the past few years.

This year, I really did lose some weight through exercises and controlling my diet.

However, I'm going through a pretty stressful stage of my life (aka deciding my career path, etc.), and I have these crazy, crazy cravings for chocolate, pizza, sweets, and anything high-carb, high-fat, and high-sugar.

And it's killing me. Today I realized that I gained 3 pounds back. :(
Do any of you guys have this toxic cycle of stress and food?

I don't want to lose my motivation or give up on my diet... And I don't know how to control my stress without binge eating..
