Can someone help me with BMR & TDEE

OK so I have been doing well but just trying to understand this BMR and TDEE. I went to Scooby and input the following:
45 year old male
223 weight
5' 11'
Carb 45, protein 30, fat 25
Sedentary life
working out 4 days a week average 350 calories burned HRM
5 meals per day
20% calorie reduction
I came up with a BMR of 2050 and a TDEE of 2460. If I understand it correctly, I should NOT eat less calories than 2050 but could eat up to 2460 to maintain with no exercise.
If I exercise and burn 350 calories, I should eat no less than 2400 calories and up to 2810 to maintain.
Is it correct that if I eat at my BMR I would lose 1 pound per week? If I want to lose more than 1 pound per week (think I can as I am over weight) how do I determine what I can eat?
