Should I increase my calories on days I lift weights?

Just started the new Beachbody program Chalean Extreme.. I do weights lifting and strength training 3 days a week for about 30-40 minutes per session. I have been sticking to a 1500/day cal diet- should I be increasing my calorie count on days when I lift?
My goal is to lose 25 lbs overall.
Thanks!

It depends on whether or not you included the exercise when you figured your calorie intake. I figured mine in when calculating my TDEE, so I have the same amount of calories on my workout days as my non-workout days.0
