    I want to eat all the xmas dessert and not gain a pound. I want to have enough money to buy me a xmas present this year and I want my love life to be simple.

    Exercise a lot and you will not gain a pound.
    Christmas is not about buying for you....it's about buying for others.
    If you love life isn't simple you are probably doing it wrong.
