recovery program

So I'm currently doing insanity asylum / running hybrid, in the lead up to me doing tough mudder (19th Jan 2013).

I do plan to do chalene extreme after I finish what I'm doing now, but I would like to give my body a decent rest (about 3 weeks) of low intensity program.

So what do you suggest?

    Light running a couple times a week and yoga?

    Enjoy the break and good luck in the tough mudder! I've considered doing one of those, but i have Raynaud's and the swimming in ice baths just isn't something I can handle....
