Hi, another newbie here

Well, I've been yo-yo dieting for over a year now. I find that life gets in my way and I don't stay motivated. I have a very special vacation coming up at the end of March and I would like to look a little nicer in some of the new clothes I bought.

I decided to post here to hold myself accountable. I hope I can stick this through and come out victorious once and for all.

I have a lot to lose at this point, but I going to make small attainable goals for myself to keep myself motivated. My goal for this week is to lose 2 pounds. I know I can do that!

I look forward to doing this with all of you!

    Hey there! All I can say is consistency - stay consistent :) motivation, will power and consistency will win the race! I suggest trying mini goals, like lose 4 pounds in 3 weeks and set an actual date. Small goals make up our big ones. You're motivated to do this, so don't turn back and if you do, it's okay. Tomorrow is a new day with no mistakes in it yet! Well wishes to you on your weight loss journey. :flowerforyou:
