Hi there,
http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12
This is a link to a good page which gives detail of BMR and TDEE and calorie deficit along with the calculators you need to get the numbers that are personal for your weight loss.
BMR figure is the amount of calories your body needs even if it were in a coma = therefore the minimum
TDEE figure is the amount of calories your body generally uses within 24 hr period
Calorie deficit is the % deduction from the TDEE figure you decide on which provides the number of calories you should eat each day.
EXERCISE CALORIES - if you assess your daily activity level including your exercise then you don't eat back calories used during exercise......if you assess your daily activity not including your exercise then you can eat some or all of your exercise calories back.
Good luck on your journey and add me if you like0
