I do my best on 8-9 hours, but I usually get no more than 6 hours of sleep.

I need 7 or 8 to feel and function as well as I can. I usually get about 3-6. Insomnia's a bit crap.

I'm in the bed around 6-8 hours. However, I constantly wake up so I don't get anywhere near that time asleep.

I got 6 last night, that's enough. But I do like to get more.

    And naps. Glorious naps.

I get 6-7 each night during the week.

10-12 on the weekends/vacations...this is what I need and feel best with, but life gets in the way!

I would like to get 7... but usually get 5/6. Got a BMF so I'm tracking it these days. I wake up frequently!

I was getting 7 but my body was just dragging all week. Since Friday I have been getting 7.5-8 and feel so much better. Like I don't need the coffee, I just get to enjoy drinking it.

Most adults need 7-8 hours of sleep every night. If you're not getting that, here are a few simple tips:

    - Cut the caffeine in the afternoons. That includes soft drinks, energy drinks, coffee, tea, etc.
    - Turn off any electronic screens (TV, phone, tablet, etc.) one hour before bedtime.
    - Exercise, but not any later than two hours before bedtime.
    - Try to go to sleep and get up around the same time every day, including weekends. Taking extra-long naps or sleeping in on the weekends will throw off your clock.
    - Stick with it! Just like the other things we do to lose weight, getting on a regular sleep schedule takes discipline and patience.

I get anywhere from 4-7 at night during the week but I'm a big napper. If I can, I will sneak in a 20 minute cat-nap somewhere. I usually get more on the weekends but that depends on who is awake when I'm trying to sleep or if I have a paper due for school.

I don't remember the last time I had 8 hrs of sleep. Let alone solid sleep. I usually get 4-5 hrs :/ Not good but can't be helped.

Usually I get about 5-6 hours a night. But, if the alarm didn't go off, I could easily sleep for 10.
