Any new mommies?

Hi, I'm pretty new to MFP and looking for a support group. I just had my first baby is August. I was overweight going into pregnancy, so I was careful and only gained 22 lbs. I actually was back down to my pre-preg weight by 14 days post partum, but now am really wanting to get rid of what I should have gotten rid of before.
Taking care of baby and working full time is making finding time to exercise tough. I feel like I have so little time between when I get home and when little one goes to sleep, I hate to take any of that together time from him. I'd love to know what others in the same boat are doing, and how you are making your busy schedule work.

I just had my 3rd daughter 3 months ago. I'm a stay at home mom so I try to get my workouts in while she naps in the mornings. I've been doing the 30 day shred and Ripped in 30 but I've seen videos where you actually workout WITH your baby. That might be an option for you.
Feel free to add me if you'd like.0
