Question for Runners About Calories?

im down to my last 10 pounds and i wondering how many calories i should be eating? ever since i started running my weight loss has stalled.

should i eat more, i already eat 2000 calories but i dont eat the exercise calories back.

    How long are you running? Also, doing any weight training?

    Lol. Sorry i meant distance. Also generally speak when you get close to a normal weight your account should be set to 1/2 lb per week. Also, you should weight as it can improve running.

    I have been running on and off for a couple of years, and the same thing happens to me EVERY time I pick up running again after a break. I stop losing weight for a while (even if I am watching what I'm eating), but if I wait it out the pounds start coming off quite suddently. I don't know exactly why things happen this way, but I have definitely seen that pattern. So, my advice would be don't stop running; keep doing what you're doing and it will pay off. Just have to be patient.
