I have a cardioglide but have no idea how many calories are burned with each rep.. It's a wonderful workout tool but would even be more helpful if I knew how to count calories with it. HELP!!!

I saw them doing that on the Olympics last night! The speed skating team was being interviewed and they had the super fit newscaster try it.............OMG she was sweating up a storm.
Prob along the lines of high impact aerobics. Can you do it for 5 minutes and then check your heartrate?
If so then you can figure out how much you burned.
220- age = max heart rate
max HR x 80% is high burn
max HR x 60% is moderate
so for example
220-48= 172
172 x 80% = 137
I try to hit 140-150 for a good work out.0 -
