There is nothing for people to laugh about my hair is also in the middle. I am currently trying to regrowth by doing a hair regimen. I keep it moisture, I onlu my scalp with olive, coconut, and castor oil. I avoid using heat and manipulation, along with sulfate frew shampoo.0

im thinking of getting a transplant buts expensive0 -
Try Toppik. It's really inexpensive and hides the patches. It washes out with shampoo. It's tiny fibers you shake on to your head. Takes like less than a minute to do it in the morning and it works. You can find it online on amazon.com and other websites or at some hair salons.0

That toppik method sounds weird I think I seen the commercial.0

To the original poster, since you are a guy it is not as big a deal as if you were a woman. You can shave your hair very close to your head and it won't really show. My brother in law does this and even with his dark hair you really can't tell he has bald patches unless you get up close.0

Try it. It works. I know several people who use it.0 -
Shave your head and wear a hat. No embarrassing balding and your head will be warm! Problem solved!!0

I'm a year older than you, female sexed and I started freaking out when my hair began to thin on me. It's primarily confined to one spot at the front of my scalp on the left hand side, and I feel grateful that my hair is otherwise long enough to cover it. It's obvious when it's wet or greasy
Needless to say I was (and still am) doing a mighty fine combover.
For me the cause could be any number of things, from iron deficiency to stress. I haven't seen my doctor about this-I'm not sure he'd really care.
Either way, here's to hats and combovers!0 -
My hair started thinning on top of my head when I was in my late 20's and early 30's. It's pretty bad now and I hate it. I usually wear it up or wear a hat. Sometimes, I'll wear it down and just feel self conscious. It's just one of those things that cannot be fixed with me. Went to the specialist and all. Thin hair is my burden...sometimes it looks okay, sometimes I cry about it.0

Viviscal is the BEST thing out there. My hair started thinning after I had my son and I have been using it for 8mths and I have a mop on my head lol. My hair is longer, stronger and really thick. 2 pills twice a day everyday, you'll see results in as little as a month.0
